Paletter provides candidates’ job fit scores based on soft skills assessments using one-way video interviews. The scores help recruiters find suitable candidates during the screening process and reduce the hiring time.

The Paletter integration with Lever syncs your Lever postings and candidate opportunities to Paletter. Once a candidate completes an assessment, a note providing the candidate's soft skills assessment results, fit score and a link back to the Paletter one-way interview and full assessment details is added to the Lever opportunity.
