A more detailed explanation is below:
- Customers will use Criteria platform to enable the integration (OAuth) and choose the Lever Stage/s that will trigger Assessments or Video Interviews to be sent to Candidates.
- Customer sets up webhook for On Application and/or Status Change with their unique Criteria URL
- Customer adds a Tag to the Lever Job with the Criteria Job Code, this will be used for On Application or Stage 1
- If Customer is using 2 Stages for Criteria testing, Customer adds another Tag to the Lever Job with Criteria Job Code, with ""2-"" at the beginning to indicate it's the Job that is to be used for stage 2 testing.
- When Customer moves candidate into a Stage associated with Criteria or application is submitted, Lever will trigger webhook to Criteria
- Criteria will use relevant Tag on Lever Job to invite candidate for appropriate testing package or video interview. Criteria will email candidate, candidate will complete testing. Criteria will use Tags and Notes to communicate invitation success/progress to customer in Lever.
- Criteria will send results and report URL to Lever using Tags and Notes on the candidate.
- Optional, customer sets up webhook in Lever for On Hired. When candidate is marked as hired in Lever, Lever will trigger webhook to Criteria and Criteria will move candidate into 'Hired' status in Criteria.
