The integration with Lever eliminates the manual effort of creating a candidate record on the Sequoia People Platform. Candidates that are moved to the Offer stage on Lever will be automatically synced to the Sequoia People Platform, with a record for each synced candidate auto-created in the Candidate Offers section. All users have to do is select a candidate and get started with creating a compelling offer.
