Our easy-to-use platform allows you to engage with active candidates, and schedule interviews at ease. By using our smart tools such as easy-schedule and automatic follow ups, you’ll end up saving hours of administrative time!

We’ve teamed up with Lever to take this to the next level. When you integrate Lever with hackajob, any candidate you have engaged with on hackajob can be imported automatically to the relevant job in Lever.

Then, when the interview stage is changed on Lever, the new stage will sync up with hackajob. This not only saves on admin time, but also provides a great candidate experience.

Candidates can continue to manage all of their interviews via their hackajob dashboard, whilst you can manage all communication through your ATS, and there’s no need to action anything more than once. Because.. Who really wants more admin than is necessary?
