Then, when the interview stage is changed on Lever, the new stage will sync up with hackajob. This not only saves on admin time, but also provides a great candidate experience.
Candidates can continue to manage all of their interviews via their hackajob dashboard, whilst you can manage all communication through your ATS, and there’s no need to action anything more than once. Because.. Who really wants more admin than is necessary?
