The Lever integration syncs new hire information to Thelma to kick off employee onboarding. As soon as a new employee is hired in Lever, Thelma automation takes over to create online accounts and add new employees to the right email groups and drives. At the same time, key stakeholders are notified and assigned tasks to complete new hire onboarding.
